    A: We do not currently provide tracking information as standard. However, if you require a tracking number please let us know and we will do what we can to assist.

    A: We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (excuding weekends and bank holidays) from time of purchase. Once processed: - We aim to deliver international items within 1-3 weeks - We aim to deliver domestic items within 1 week Please note, delivery estimates may fluctuate depending on seasonal demand

    Yes! Twisted Pickle Gifts ship the majority of our products internationally.
  • Q: Are your mugs dishwasher safe?
    A: Yes, all mugs are dishwasher safe. However, we do recommend washing by hand to ensure that images remain vibrant.
  • Q: What size mugs do you offer?
    A: All of our mugs are 11oz (AAA grade) white ceramic mugs.
  • Q: There is a problem with my order, what can be done?"
